Tick is an unique unplayable time between every Utopian Days, when most of bonuses and penalties are applied to Province.

During the tick mana and stealth recover, people are born and die, armies and wizards are trained, inhabitants consume bushels and money, banks emit gold coins, etc.

Note that there is an order of operations for each Tick. Below, I attempt to order them:

* Buildings are built first at the beginning of the tick and will affect the below:

* Income is generated
* Food is generated
* Peasant growth
* Wizard growth
* Drafting occurs

Questions:
*Does "-" count as a tick for Patriotism or not (effectively, it seems to be the case that a spell that says 18 days is then really 19, which is kind of disorienting).
